Esinam Avornyo is a Researcher at Akyeampong Research and Development Consult. She has a PhD in Education from the University of Cambridge. She is an education researcher with a background in psychology and education and, research interests in improving the quality of education systems to support childhood development and learning.
She has consulted for the University of Pennsylvania, UK Research and Innovation (UKRI) and World Bank Strategic Impact Evaluation (SIEF) funded projects, supporting the development of surveys, conducting interviews and undertaking secondary data analysis. Esinam also consults as a Teacher Trainer for private primary schools in Ghana, providing high level coaching on setting up creative classrooms and using play-based approaches.
